TechBlog Theme by Ventedoy
Essentially a 3 column theme, this one has a true unique look in terms of templating. Starting from the color combination - the blue and green blend looks superb. Then on top you have the recent posts displayed on the blue background. Normally most themes prefer to have this part on the side bar or at the bottom of the page. The static pages are listed on top on a horizontal navigation bar which looks more like a tabbed interface.
Notice the projection at the top and bottom of every post which displays the meta info like post date, comment count, author name etc…
Then there are separate blocks provided to place your ad units. In the live example you can see Chitika ad block placed on the top right portion.
Altogether, the theme justifies it’s name. It can be used for tech related blogs and those who want to monetize their blogs will be particularly interested in the way the ad blocks are blended to the theme.
